By accessing or using BookNBy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Use of the Service

BookNBy provides a multi-tenant appointment booking platform for local businesses. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly after a 30-day free trial. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard.

3. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and customer data at all times.

4. Limitation of Liability

BookNBy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
