BookNBy (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect information you provide when you:

• Create a business account (name, email, business details)
• Accept appointment bookings (customer names, emails, phone numbers)
• Subscribe to a paid plan (billing handled securely by Stripe — we never see card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the platform, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers with row-level security enforced so each tenant can only access their own data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe’s Privacy Policy)
• Resend — transactional emails

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Business owners can export or delete their tenant data from the dashboard.
