Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

Your card is saved at signup but not charged for 30 days. On day 31, Stripe charges you for the plan you selected. Cancel any time before that and you pay nothing.

What happens if I downgrade and I have more staff than the new limit?

Existing staff stay active — no data is deleted. You just can’t add new staff until you’re back under the limit. We’ll notify you before any change takes effect.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees, no hidden charges. The monthly price you see is exactly what you pay.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. Contact support and we’ll refund in full, no questions asked.

What are add-ons?

Add-ons are optional extras on top of any paid plan. They’re billed as separate line items so you can add or remove them independently.
